Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations across multiple departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition

Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license with Ohio residency)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
