Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge planning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing unit environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (WA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
