Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Document patient records using Epic EHR system with meticulous attention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Mentor new nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to emergency situations with calm expertise and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (or compact license with Oregon endorsement)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical nursing experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
