Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and established safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment, escalating critical concerns immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure holistic patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records, assessments, and care activities.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care plans, medications, and disease management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
