Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple specialties including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives to promote health literacy and recovery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to departmental training programs
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license with immediate ability to obtain FL license)
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience with strong clinical skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
