Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee (or compact state eligibility).
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
