Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatment plans per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or Illinois
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Experience in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Ability to work rotating shifts
