Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are met.
- Respond to emergencies and medical crises with composure and quick action.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment following infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Missouri.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate Degree (ADN) accepted.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
