Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support in accordance with established nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress to ensure optimal recovery.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting all procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Respond immediately to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
