Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical observations using Epic EHR systems
- Mentor new nursing staff through our residency program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Advocate for patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications maintained
- Electronic Health Records proficiency
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
