Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plansAdminister medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor patient progress and document electronic health records
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
