- Direct Care: Provide clear instructions and referrals based on established clinical protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient history, vital signs, and triage disposition in electronic medical records.
- Customer Service: Deliver empathetic and professional support to callers with varying levels of health literacy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams regarding urgent cases.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; CNA or medical background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Superior verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ wpm.
- Soft Skills: Ability to remain calm during high-stress situations and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including evenings and weekends.
