Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety regulations.
- Monitor patient conditions in real-time and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
- Foster a compassionate environment by actively listening to patient concerns and advocating for their needs.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR).
