Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced cardiac ICU setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data
- Document patient assessments and interventions in Epic EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Mentor junior nursing staff and clinical rotations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience (preferred)
- BSN degree (or actively enrolled)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic health records
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
