Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly escalating concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication management.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
