Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition to ensure safety.
- Document patient health information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication management, and health maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
