Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, wound care, and treatment plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical patient events
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license (or compact state license)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
