Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to critical changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment procedures

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN) in good standing
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years acute care nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
