Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Monitor and respond to critical changes in patient conditions
- Provide patient and family education on health management

Qualifications
- Active DC RN license required
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
