Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support new team members during orientation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift rotations
- Passion for delivering patient-centered care
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
