Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population during weekend shifts.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and disease prevention.

Qualifications

  • Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, Medical-Surgical or Critical Care experience is a plus.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
