Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute/critical settings during weekend shifts
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment interventions
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active NE RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS/Certification in specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS)
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
