Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient status and respond to emergent situations with critical thinking
- Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and wellness
- Maintain electronic health records with thorough documentation
- Mentor junior staff and uphold departmental quality standards
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license (or compact license with Ohio residency)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Experience with Epic EHR system
