Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Document patient care activities, interventions, and responses accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
