Job Overview
We are looking for compassionate RNs to manage patient care during high-volume weekend periods. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR.
- Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN License in Colorado.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to float to various units as needed.
