Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and comfort standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
