Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance for residents
- Collaborate with RNs and care team to develop/update care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability
