Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress, symptoms, and care interventions accurately.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital safety and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications required.
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
