Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and responses to care continuously.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide patient education and support to families during their stay.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (or Compact State).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
