About The Role
We are seeking compassionate professionals to join our nursing staff. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in our inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and update patient records in the electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift rotations.
