Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing services including patient assessments, medication management, and care coordination
- Conduct virtual weekend patient consultations using EHR platforms and telehealth technology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex care planning and intervention
- Document clinical notes with precision in Epic systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and emergency protocols during weekend coverage
- Participate in quarterly on-site rotations at Cleveland Clinic main campus for hands-on patient care
- Mentor junior nurses through our weekend shift knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license with unrestricted status
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or telehealth
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered
- Certification in Telehealth Nursing or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency with Epic EHR systems and telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong critical thinking skills for independent decision-making during weekend coverage
- Ability to travel quarterly to Cleveland facilities for required on-site rotations
