Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts at our Miami facility
- Conduct virtual telehealth assessments and consultations remotely
- Administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond to emergent situations with critical thinking
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN with 2+ years)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or emergency nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) is mandatory
