Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth nursing consultations and patient assessments via secure video platforms
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for remote patient populations
- Monitor and manage chronic conditions through virtual health monitoring systems
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (FL RN)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth or remote care preferred)

- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong assessment skills and ability to make clinical decisions independently
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a remote team
- Valid BLS certification
