Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care assessment and treatment planning across diverse units
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per physician protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; specialty certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting
- Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
