Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with strict medical protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient care services accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
