Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and facility protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing with the Kansas State Board of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or relevant clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
