Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and report critical changes to the medical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EHR system.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Valid and unencumbered RN License in the state of California.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
