Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes or concerns to the healthcare team immediately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients and visitors at all times.
- Respond to patient calls and emergencies with speed and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia or Virginia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates with a BSN are also encouraged to apply).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to patient safety, privacy, and quality care standards.
