Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and consultations
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) with strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Missouri (or compact state)
- BSN preferred; Associates degree with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- 1+ years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Cerner experience a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays
