Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual companionship and emotional support via video calls
- Monitor client health status through smart home devices
- Coordinate medication reminders and health tracking
- Facilitate telehealth appointments and document care notes
- Provide crisis intervention support via emergency response systems
- Collaborate with families to update care plans
- Complete required documentation in HIPAA-compliant platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Nevada state caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with telehealth platforms (Zoom, Doxy.me)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
