Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging virtual CNA training modules using video conferencing platforms
- Provide remote coaching and performance evaluations for CNAs across 15+ hospital locations
- Create digital training materials aligned with PA state healthcare regulations
- Monitor trainee progress through our proprietary e-learning dashboard
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators to address training gaps
- Conduct virtual simulations for emergency response and patient care scenarios
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Previous training/instruction experience required
- Proficiency in teleconferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) and LMS platforms
- Strong written communication skills for creating digital training content
- Certification in adult education or instructional design preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional in-person site visits
