Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care via remote monitoring and telehealth consultations.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene as required.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health metrics accurately.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and patients’ families regarding care plans.
- Document patient progress and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with the care team to adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients receiving remote care services.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in the USA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in home health or telehealth coordination is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
