Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical unit with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document electronic health records with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license with no restrictions
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in target specialty
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
