Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities
- Monitor client health status and document care progress via our digital health platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through our remote communication tools
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities when required
- Implement personalized care plans with attention to emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes in client condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with digital health apps and remote communication tools
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Tampa Bay area
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
