Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Coordinate care plans remotely via our digital platform while conducting regular home visits
- Monitor client health vitals and report changes to medical professionals
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate client records and care documentation through our secure portal
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers via virtual meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable smartphone and high-speed internet for remote coordination
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled clients
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for both remote administrative tasks and in-person care shifts
- Strong organizational skills for managing digital care records
