Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Monitor client health status through our remote care platform and document observations
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and facilitate virtual family communications
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
- Implement personalized care plans using our digital care management system
- Provide emotional support and companionship through both in-person and virtual interactions
- Maintain accurate care records via our secure mobile app
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and basic technology
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining remote oversight protocols
