Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly clients (bathing, medication management, meal preparation)
- Conduct remote health monitoring via telehealth platforms
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers via virtual meetings
- Maintain detailed digital care records using our proprietary app
- Transport clients to medical appointments (mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Respond to emergency calls during on-site shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current Arizona caregiver certification
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Proficiency with telehealth technology (Zoom, EHR systems)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong ethical standards
