Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate in-person care including medication management, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene support
- Conduct daily virtual wellness check-ins via video calls to monitor client health status
- Coordinate care plans with family members and healthcare providers through our digital platform
- Document care activities using our HIPAA-compliant mobile app in real-time
- Transport clients to medical appointments when required (mileage reimbursed)
- Implement personalized care routines based on individual client needs and preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace for remote duties
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
