Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care for elderly clients with daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence using remote tracking systems
- Coordinate with families and healthcare providers via telehealth platforms
- Document care plans and client progress through our mobile app
- Transport clients to appointments (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience

- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
