Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor health vitals and medication adherence
- Coordinate care plans via remote communication tools

- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Document care activities and client progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals during virtual meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- 1+ years professional caregiving experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in telehealth platforms (Zoom, EpicCare)
- Strong empathy and crisis management skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
